last week was quite happening for me!
indeed it was.
my new colleagues took me to SOHO last friday night. since ML jiejie and i working on the same shift that day so she volunteered to give me a ride! SOHO was SUCH a happening place. i drank whatever ML jiejie threw on the table. she even called me slowbo for drinking. she paid for the first round. let me tried kilkenny for the first time. princess-nana and another supervisor (yet to name her) were busy-ing on the dance floor! i paid for the second round and spilled ML jiejie’s drink and i did it on purpose! i love the music there but i yet to listen to dj casanova yet! they said he is better.
left the place at around 3am. then we went to mamak stall. it is their usual routine so i just followed them. reached home around 4am.
woke up at 1pm! ML jiejie called asked if i want to join her for lunch. since it also both our off day, so we went to have our lunch at swatow lane! any idea where izit? yes! the place where they serve the number 1 ais-kacang in Penang. then, she took me round penang island. just for fun!

fixed a dvd writer.

July 22, 2007 at 2:34 pm | In Multifarious | 3 Commentsif you are a coffee bean regularies, you will realised that they will asked for your name when you make your order! right? i’m not sure about the one you visited but the one i went at my workplace asked for my name just to make sure it’s your drink. i visited this coffeebean 3 times this week. and 3 times they spelt my name WRONGLY!!!!! it’s alright if it’s spelled wrongly but at least make it almost the same la!

and the third time was ‘yeli’ *and the barista wasn’t friendly either*
i wasn’t sure i speak bad english or they speak superb english until they don’t understand chinese name. maybe next time i should go with names like

July 20, 2007 at 3:42 am | In Working | 1 Commentyou see! i’m been working at my old place for 2 years and it’s a F&B line. so, i knew most of my regularies and they knew me too. it would be weird if old staff like us just vanished like that.
on wed, i went out with kak-tiri/besi and decided to drop by at my ex-workplace for a while. yes! my ex-boss was working then. he did not even greet me! i just act as if i did not see him too. *lame boss! all my ex-colleagues were happy to see me and of course i’m happy to see them too.
then, there is this customer who came almost everyday. suddenly approached me in front of my ex-boss.
customer : how come i did not see you for such a long time?
me : oh, i RESIGNED d!
customer : why you resign? *face to my ex-boss* why you let her resigned?
boss : because she is continuing to study!
me : *wtc^&%#&%@*#^$ who said i’m studying???*
me : nope! i left for a better job and salary. rather than work here and not being appreciated!
*evil smile!!!!!!!! peace!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!*
lame boss! why can’t you tell your regularies that i left because you suck and so biased! or can’t you just tell i left because i got a better future job!!!

it’s good to laugh! you see the boss before him was definately a better one! when i firstly resigned because i could not cope with studies and assignments. he eventually called till my cellphone burst la! then, i ter-meet him when i was going for a movie. i was touched with his sincerity so i went back to work for him and he even sayang me more!!! oh, he even helped me about my assignment. la la la!!!!
alright, enough for today! going out soon! need to drop by town to get kiki’s stuff before going to work!

July 19, 2007 at 2:24 pm | In Working | Leave a Commenti joined my new company for nearly two weeks. i’m getting along well with my colleagues! i’m fine with a few supervisors except my own supervisor. this is a huge challenge to deal with. how can you ngam with other supervisors but not your own. sad case! anyway, he is just another pain to deal with because he is too perfect but unfortunately i’m not that perfect. the thing is according to my senior colleague, they told me he had just promoted nya wor! no wonder la, gila kuasa! but it’s alright! as long i did my job, who cares about him!
anyway, i more ngam to another supervisor because most of the time only both of us are in the store room and our computers are just side by side. well, i first started to call her auntie. hehe! somehow, she suddenly become my ML jiejie! somehow she was like, “alamak, since when i got this gila adik angkat! nevemind la! accept also la!” so now, i got ML jiejie d!!!
another supervisor is my trainer. she trained me on sales floor! at first she was serious! swt swt! scare scare! but after today, i went out with lunch with her. everything is just fine and fun! she’s fun in someway. the sarcastic way!
more to update! anyway, it’s just week 2!
another lesson learnt

it was not my lesson exactly likely more to someone i’m quite close with but i’m going through with her (my step-sis). even though i can’t help her financially.
you see, it’s actually her friend bought a car and make a bank loan with her name and signature. her friend uses the car and saying she will be paying the installment. she trusted her friend with the term of friendship. unfortunately, her friend ‘misused’ the term of friendship. her friend actually stopped paying the installment and let the bank towed back the car and leave the ’s#its’ for her. then, they still remains as friends.
about a month ago, she received court summon. when she told me about it, i was like, “wtc you did that for?” i was not sure what to describe her. being dumb enough to trust people or being great enough to do so. whatever it is, i told her let see what happen next ok?
i accompanied her to court today and her friend and family came to. it is they better come before i actually brainwash her to report police and make things bigger. the first impression i saw her friend was like “this type of person can trust meh?” she had piercing at her mouth and nose and one whole of lots at her ears. my goodness! nevermind!
after the hearing, we need to go to the bank to discuss about the ’settlement’. i can really see that ‘the family’ is trying to push the responsibility to my friend. WTC#$%^&!!!! ‘the family’ kept telling the bank officer that they are poor and they can’t afford. on the other hand, i saw them using nokia 5700 cellphone! you called that poor and can’t afford??? WTC you got that RM1,799 cellphone from? it doesn’t drop from heaven!!!!!!!!!!
to me, it’s dumb enough to trust this people! no, i’m basically telling the truth. in term of cash, it’s okay to me! i can just treat it as charity! but in term of my name and signature, I’M SO SORRY!!!!!!!!!!! even you know how many birthmarks i have on my body, bloody *rap it’s a NO WAY! i still have lots to do! owning property(ies), going overseas and being famous! duh~
the lesson i learnt from her,
don’t trust a person so much with money issue and signature even though with the term of friendship. everything goes with black and white.
